Calling me out... I'm not sure I'm an ultrarunner yet, but I don't like the sound of the alternative! Ok, I can shoot for "5K a day". It ups it to 3.1 a day average, and adds almost 132 miles to the goal. Road, track, and treadmill still don't count as miles. Trail only. Deal?
Also on your live traffic feed it says that you have someone from Wasilla Alaska that visits your blog. Who is that? Maybe my friend Dave hits it up or something. Weird.
Maybe it is Obama Palin. You gotta admit that this is a sweet pic.
I live in Eagle River. It is a burb 10 miles north of Anchorage. Wasilla is another 30 miles north of E.R. I poach off of my next door neighbors wireless so maybe she has some weird deal going or something.
If you google the Eagle River Nature Center you will get an idea where I live. I am only about 200 feet from it.
Also sorry about sounding like your coach. I am just playing around when I talk like that.

Alright my brother no excuses. You need to up that goal a little. You are sandbagging huge. My grandma could go 2.92 miles a day.
Are you an ultrarunner or an ultrawuss? Ha!

Cool. But that is still only around 22 miles a week.
Road counts as miles as long as you are running on the road to get to a trailhead.

Wow, you're a tough coach. When you say it that way it doesn't sound like much... Especially if I compare it to your 122 miles a week.
I thought you were Wasilla...are you anywhere near there? Your profile pic is scary. Creepy scary. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

Wow, you weren't kidding when you said you are surrounded by a park. That's awesome.
Hey man, I'm taking it as encouragement when you tease me to up my miles. After all, I'm counting on you to pace me in my first 100 some day!
